Linda Cai, MBA

Linda Cai is a people executive with broad experience spanning human capital functions at global scale across four continents for top multinational companies including KPMG, LinkedIn, Aon, Diageo, HSBC, State Farm, and Hay Group. She is a trusted partner and advisor to Executive Leadership Teams (ELTs) and excels in optimizing talent development (TD) and delivery, elevating learning initiatives, and championing diversity and inclusion (DEI) to align with business growth and people priorities.

Ruben Keoseyan, MS

Ruben is a newsroom consultant and a college professor at California State University. As the Vice President of Content for Telemundo (NBC), Keoseyan led KVEA’s news department across all platforms. He was instrumental in ensuring that all local newscasts accurately reflected and served the needs and unique characteristics of the Greater Los Angeles Hispanic community.
Before his role at Telemundo, Ruben served as the executive editor of La Opinión, the largest Spanish-language newspaper in the United States, beginning in 2011.
