STEP is a cohort-based program created by the HRMAC Institute at the Executives’ Club of Chicago for individuals who have recently transitioned from individual contributor roles to positions involving people management
Participants are equipped with the skills, insights, and support necessary to navigate their new roles and become impactful leaders within their organizations.
